A PROPERTY company is offering affluent savers the chance to earn 9% a year on a deal that is effectively underwritten by the Government - thanks to the generosity of the Department of Trade and Industry, the Times reports. Pinder Fry & Benjamin (PFB) is seeking to raise £28 million from private investors for a property limited partnership that will acquire an office block in Victoria, Central London, which is principally occupied by staff from the DTI.
