Shares in Framlington Health & Income have been suspended after the board of the investment trust declared that it was effectively insolvent. On 9 May this year the board said it was in discussions with its creditors about the trust's future and on 17 May the trust disposed of its health share portfolio. Following further falls in the market values of assets in the trust's income portfolio, the trust has become insolvent.
