Hong Kong-listed shares could soon be available through the London Stock Exchange's (LSE) SETS trading system. The LSE and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd (HKEx) have been working on the project since the start of the year and will begin polling major market participants on the plans. The trading collaboration will aim to provide HKEx and LSE customers with the opportunity to trade liquid securities from both markets on local electronic systems in local trading hours.
