With the help of Co-operative Bank's financial adviser subsidiary, customers will be able to select any of Fidelity's 452 funds through "smile invest".
A variety of investments, including index trackers, geographical and ethical funds are now available from the 33 product providers linked with FundsNetwork.
At least 80% of any initial commission earned from the on-line transaction will also be passed back to account holders in the form of extra units.
Smile's chief executive Bob Head said: "We already have a successful cash ISA but we wanted to increase the investment options available to our customers.
"By joining forces with Fidelity, smile invest can offer our account holders the opportunity to purchase funds online which can be wrapped into either a maxi or mini ISA.
