Investors can gain free initial access into funds managed by Framlington UK managers George Luckraft and Nigel Thomas through Zurich IFA during May.
Framlington itself is offering free Pep and Isa transfers into the Framlington UK Select Opportunities fund managed by Thomas, and Equity Income, managed by Luckraft. A similar deal is available through ZIFA, for Isa and Pep transfers and through ZIFA's Sterling Investment Account, which offers a no loss on death guarantee. This means if the investor dies, the greater of the initial investment, minus any withdrawals, or the account value will be paid out.
ZIFA is offering a 0.75% discount on the standard 4.75% initial charge on these funds. The remaining 4% is available as commission. If the IFA opts to forgo that commission, then the initial charge is eliminated. Intermediaries still gain 0.5% renewal commission.
