The UK Ethical Fund is aimed at investors who wish to invest in UK equities but are interested in companies that satisfy a predetermined ethical policy.
The UK Ethical Fund will not invest in companies which:
Are seen as seriously damaging and polluting the environment.
Test their products on animals.
Genetic engineering or crops, animal and gene patenting.
Are involved in intensive farming.
Operate in countries where the political and civil rights for their people are violated.
Produce pornographic material.
Produce or sell weapons.
Own or operate nuclear power stations.
Manufacture tobacco products.
Are involved in gambling.
When making its selection of companies, the Fund will pay special attention to companies which are regarded as:
Making a positive contribution to the environment.
Promoting sound employment practices.
Promoting products and services which benefit the environment or human life or which are basic necessities.
Donating to charities or are strongly with the community.
Disclosing the amount paid to their directors.

Minimum single lump sum investment:
The minimum lump sum investment into the UK Ethical Fund is £500.

Subsequent investments into the fund are subject to a minimum of £500.
Minimum monthly premium (£):
Monthly investments of £50 per month.
Initial charge (%):
The UK Ethical Fund carries an initial charge of 3%.
Commission to IFA's:
Initial - 3%.
Annual - 0.25%.
Annual management charge (% pa):
There is also an annual management charge of, currently 0.95%.
