JP Morgan Fleming is offering a 2% discount on Isa investments into its UK Equity Income Fund.
The group has opened the fund to retail investors following it's Oeic conversion and fund rationalisation process last November. The £30.24m fund, formerly the institutional JPMF UK Income Fund, has had a retail share class added to enable it to complete its UK retail fund range.
UK Equity Income, managed by Gary West and James Inglis-Jones, has delivered top-quartile performance over one, three, five and 10 years. Over the three years to 22 March, it has posted growth of 27.77%, bid to bid, compared to a UK Equity Income sector average of 1.31%.
The discount on the fund's initial charge for Isa investments and Pep transfers of £5,000 or more runs until 28 June. The normal front end will be 5.5%, with an annual management charge of 1.5%.
