A nationwide invitation has been issued to IFAs to attend an investment conference featuring fund managers from 18 different fund management companies.
The event, organised by Fidelity for 21 November 2000 at Wembley Conference Centre, aims to raise the profile of the company's fund supermarket, FundsNetwork.
The event, which Fidelity has called the big e-asy, will give IFAs the chance to hear speeches by Ben Rogoff, from Aberdeen Asset Management's technology team, Errol Francis, from Baring Asset Management, and Andrew Spencer, head of European equities at Chase Fleming Asset Management. Presentations will also be made by Nigel Ridge, head of UK equities at Deutsche, Derek Lygo, who runs Dresdner RCM Global Investors' UK Mid Cap Trust and UK Growth Trust, and Anthony Bolton, who has managed Fidelity Investments' UK Special Situations Fund for 21 years.
The line up also includes Neil Birrell from Framlington, John Botham from Henderson Global Investors and David McGillveray from Invesco.
IFAs are invited to attend up to four presentations by fund managers from a selection of 18 fund providers.
IFAs interested in attending can find details at www.fidelity.co.uk/IFA or call 0800 414181.
