Baillie Gifford will be adding its American Fund to its Oeic Isa, bringing the number of income and growth funds available through it to nine.
Ken Edwards, sales & marketing director at the group, said: 'We will be adding it in response to demand from investors who want a wider geographical choice in a tax-free wrapper.'
The American Fund is also available through Baillie Gifford's Oeic Pep transfer product, offering a 2% discount on the initial charge until 4 July 2001.
Baillie Gifford has also increased weighting in the US for the investment trusts it manages.
Edwards said: 'Baillie Gifford believes in bottom-up attractions on offer from selected stocks.'
