Govett is to outsource its administration and back office functions to Cogent, the third-party administrator owned by AMP. The change will take place on 9 November and will affect 20 staff, most of whom have already been transferred to Cogent. The remaining four staff have accepted new positions within Govett. Charles Lillis, managing director at Govett, said the move is aimed at delivering the highest standards on the operational side of the business while keeping costs to a minimum.
