˜Reservoir Dogs' star looks to EIS to raise funds

Reservoir Dogs film star Michael Madsen is raising money via an EIS to finance a London-based film, Red Light Runners. Madsen, who played Mr Blonde, is currently negotiating with Harvey Keitel and Dennis Hopper to appear in the film. The EIS has a £2m threshold to be reached by 17 July and the company hopes to raise a total of £8m by 15 August. Investors will get the opportunity to appear in as extras in the film.
