Analysts at Gerrard, the private client stockbroker, have issued sell notes on Anthony Bolton's Fidelity Special Values investment trust and Fidelity European Values, the trust he gave up in November last year. Analyst Robert White said European Values was too highly valued at a premium of 2.2% as at 15 April, while a premium of 10.3% on Special Values, the UK trust, has been created by institutional demand. At the same time, Gerrard analyst Raj Basra has issued a buy note on Bolton's £1.68bn Europe ex-UK Fidelity European Oeic fund.
