Some 97% of IFAs and 100% of product providers have internet access but only a quarter of brokers have their own website. According to research for the the eXchange conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers, 80% of product providers have their own website compared with only 26% of IFAs. Around 25% of IFAs and product providers use the internet daily while another 12% go online at least once a week.
