The FSA has appointed five new non-executive members and reappointed 4 existing members of the board of the Financial Ombudsman Service. The board members will serve a three-year term commencing on 23 February 2002. The newly appointed members are Lawrence Churchill who is the current chair of the Industry Standards Group of Association of British Insurers, Ed Hucks, a former customer service director at NPI and director of National Provincial Building Society, Roger Jefferies, a former Housing Association Tenants Ombudsman and Independent Housing Ombudsman, Chris Kelly a former...
