Scottish Widows Bank is the latest firm to offer mortgage brokers and intermediaries support and advice on the CeMap qualification, which all mortgage advisers must pass by the end of the year if they want to continue giving advice on home loans. A specialist team of mortgage advisers at the bank is available to answer email queries, and CeMap bridge paper revision seminars are also being held throughout the UK and attracted over 300 IFAs last month alone.
