Dresdner RCM is looking strengthen its UK team by recruiting two fund managers to run its UK growth and mid-cap funds. Chief investment officer Neil Dwane is currently responsible for both portfolios following the departure of Derek Lygo, the group's mid-cap manager, to First State Investments earlier this year. Dwane said he was in the process of interviewing for the positions and hoped to make an announcement in the near future. The new managers, he added, would benefit from a new incentive package that had been put in place by the company, designed to help attract and retain key staff.
