Schroders is to rejig its IFA sales team to place a more specialised focus on selling to national brokers and networks, writes Leo Bland. The investment house is looking to recruit a dedicated account manager for nationals and networks and the group believes that its product range is now more suited to selling to this group of IFAs. Nationals and networks are currently handled by Schroders' regionally-based IFA sales team which has six members.
