Shareholders and unitholders in the Fleming Income & Capital Trust have accepted proposals for the reconstruction of the company. The proposals will result in the launch of a new investment trust, the JP Morgan Fleming Income & Capital Investment Trust, which will have initial gross assets of around £173.52m and will be structured as a split cap.
