Royal & SunAlliance has increased the number of critical illnesses covered on its Progressive Protection term plan from 17 to 25. The additional illnesses now covered by the plan include CJD, aorta graft surgery and HIV infection contracted through blood transfusions. The increased number of illnesses covered will apply to both new and existing customers with immediate effect.
