Framlington has appointed Benjamin McCarron as a fund manager on its small-cap team, writes Adam Lewis. McCarron joins at the end of August from Gerrard, where he worked for four years from August 1997. At Gerrard, McCarron had sole responsibility for UK assets on the group's Global Technology fund. He also analysed issues and companies in high growth areas, focusing on the technology and media sectors.
