Paul Grice has joined Baring Asset Management as director of UK institutional business. Grice, a chartered financial analyst, joins from Lombard Odier International Portfolio Management and will focus on Baring's fixed interest business. Prior to his role at Lombard Odier, Grice was a senior fixed interest fund manager with Daiwa International Capital Management. His appointment brings the group's institutional sales division to 12 staff.
