Dresdner RCM Global Investors has recruited Lucy MacDonald to lead its global equities team in London. MacDonald was previously at Baring Asset Management, where she was co-deputy of UK equities. Although she has a background in UK equities, at Barings MacDonald led the global media and telecoms teams and managed the sector funds the group launched earlier this year. Mark Archer, head of institutional business development at Dresdner, said: 'She had decided this was the way she wanted her career to go, more towards global investing, and she particularly liked our global approach.' ...
