National Savings & Investments has launched a five-year Guaranteed Equity Bond as its first product since its rebranding last month. The bond is available until 17 April and offers a maximum return of 65% gross over five years or 10.53% AER. There are no explicit fees or charges and the product is 100% guaranteed. The bond is linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 Index. If it increases over the term of the product, investors will receive the same percentage rate of return up to a total gain of 65%.
