JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management has received unitholder approval for its fund merger and rationalisation plans and its two Oeics go live later this week. The Oeicing process will see the group merge away five funds in total and leave JP Morgan Fleming with a range of some 18 equity and bond portfolios.
