Some of the most consistently performing UK Corporate Bond funds also returned the smallest discrete monthly gains over the 12 months to 30 May. Three of the 10 funds in the sector that managed to record 10 months of positive growth over the period, Nationwide High Income, Isis High Income Bond and Woolwich Corporate Bond, were also in the bottom 10 in terms of largest monthly gain.
