CGU home search service over web

CGU has launched what it claims is the UK's first personalised and comprehensive online home-moving service. The move follows research to determine customer needs during the house buying process and users can receive immediate updates of newly available homes via e-mail or mobile phone text messaging. CGU has committed around £40m over three years to develop the service which boasts access to the largest homes online database with properties from over 3,000 estate agent branches throughout the UK, totalling some 180,000 homes for sale.
