Edinburgh Fund Managers, OMG rub backs

Edinburgh Fund Managers has been selected to advise Old Mutual Guernsey on its new Property Fund. The fund will invest in UK commercial property and property related equities, with an 80% weighting towards direct property investment. The deal is the first to involve Edinburgh's global partnership link through Edinburgh Portfolio Limited, which was bought earlier this year by Edinburgh Fund Managers. Alan Bathgate, Director of Edinburgh Global Partnerships said the deal was particularly important given that it involved OMG's first property fund.
