Rathbones has appointed Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, who is an associate director of Caledonia Investments, as a non-executive director. The group has also appointed Clive Hexton to the board of Rathbone Investment Management. Prior to joining Rathbones in August 2000, Hexton was deputy chief investment officer at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank. William Keatley will retire from the board of Rathbones on 30 June 2002.
