The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has issued updated complaints handling letters for clients who want to bring an action against an intermediary firm.
Intermediaries, who must give the leaflets to clients, can order up to 10,000 free copies of the leaflet from the FOS' website at www.financial-ombudsman. org.uk or apply to print the leaflet under licence.
