Schroders is to package three of its UK funds under a single Isa wrapper from December this year.
The umbrella, designed for next year's Isa season, will have a 50% exposure to Humphrey van der Klugt's UK Equity fund, with 30% in Andy Brough's Mid 250 and 20% in his UK Smaller Companies unit trusts.
Helen Davidson, head of UK marketing at the group, said the split reflected the results of a survey Schroders had conducted among intermediaries on how they assigned UK exposure for clients.
She said: 'This combination of funds represents an opportunity for investors to access some of our top performing UK fund managers within one Isa wrapper. The split between the three, which are all Fund Research rated, is designed to maximise returns while minimising risk.'
The triple Isa product is to be Schroders' main push for the coming Isa season, along with its Medical Discovery portfolio, which was one of its more popular funds in the 2001 selling season.
The packaged product is likely to be just the first in a number of combinations the group will offer to intermediaries.
The costs will operate similar to Schroders other products with 3.5% initial and 1.5% annual, offering 3% initial commission with 0.5% renewal.
