Financial companies are leading the UK in donating to charity through payroll giving, according to new research from the Giving Campaign. Only 2% of UK employees participate in payroll giving schemes and according to the research, financials are setting an example of actively promoting and encouraging their employees to take part. 3i was the leading organisation, with 27% of its employees participating in the charity scheme.
