FSA to issue mortgage consultation next month

Consultation on mortgage regulations will be published by the FSA in a few weeks, once after the Treasury reveals its thoughts on legislation at the end of this month. Although little detail is yet available, this will be the first consultation on mortgage rules since the FSA agreed to take over regulation of the mortgage sector, said John Tiner, managing director of the FSA.
