James Hay Pension Trustees has been awarded the outsourcing contract of Prudential's Small Self-Administered Scheme (Ssas) portfolio. James Hay will provide full actuarial and administration services to more than 520 Ssas's for Prudential and ensure that Prudential Nominees Limited's responsibilities as pensioner trustee are fulfilled. Prudential said its decision to outsource its Ssas administration was due to escalating costs brought about by the increasing regulation of the market.
