Darwin Rhodes has taken on three new consultants. Cathy Standfield joins the firm from internet production company Netsite and will be responsible for further developing the UK & international actuarial sector.
Fergal Bell joins the financial services division, having spent several years working for Allied Irish Bank. Rob Bulpitt will be working in occupational pensions and financial planning markets.
DCP, an international e-business solutions group, has made a series of key appointments. Paul Pullinger has been named director and head of the Vignette Professional Services Division. Pullinger is an IT professional with 17 years industry experience in the complete cycle of concept and strategy, construction and deployment, along with general management skills including administration, financial and project leadership and staff management. Most recently, he was chief strategist of British Telecom and the Ministry of Defence in the UK. Paul MacDonnell has been appointed as director and head of group marketing.
MacDonnell joins the group from Managed Solutions Corporation where he was head of marketing, prior to which he managed his own marketing consultancy, PMD&A.
