Candia Kingston, product development actuary at Scottish Life International, has been transferred and promoted to Scottish Life's investment division to head up a larger investment marketing team targeted at IFAs.
Tony Hicks, former Gartmore sales manager, is also joining the team as investment marketing manager for the south while Andy Caterer will take on the role of investment marketing manager for the North.
Another nine analysts will also report to Kingston, who is building a team to cope with increased IFA demand.
Commenting on the creation and role of the team, Candia Kingston says:
"We are all delighted to be involved in this new initiative. Scottish Life is recognized as having one of the widest and most sophisticated ranges of investment options on the market. But this is only any good if consultants and IFAs know exactly what these options are and how they can help. Everyone in the team will be working very hard to make sure we're successful in achieving this."
