Adams moves to Premier Portfolio

Premier Portfolio Managers has recruited Dougie Adams from Templeton, writes James Thorneley. Adams will take up a position on the group's board as international sales director when he joins in April. He was previously business planning director for Europe at Templeton. He joined Templeton as marketing director in 1988. Prior to that he was an economist for Scottish Provident and head of industrial programme development for the Scottish Development Agency.
