Friends Provident has added a commission enquiry service to its online tools, giving IFAs access to policy and commission details which specify which type of commission is being paid.
As well as online application submissions and policy tracking, Friends Provident has now enhanced it IFA extranet service by allowing intermediaries to look up details of their agency commission, view details of commission yet to be paid as well as list previous commission statements, depending on whether it is indemnity, initial, renewal or other commission.
Additional services will be added in a few weeks to allow advisers to look up information on unearned indemnity commission and the agency status on new business.
Any questions advisers might have at this stage can be dealt with through the email facility, which allows archived statements to be accessed and discussed.
Click through the right-hand links to access either the FP extranet or view the demo site.
