Framlington Health & Income has disposed of its health share portfolio for £9.5m and has raised £2.3m from the sale of a number of split-capital investment trusts. The total raised from these two sell-offs, £11.85m, has been used to repay the £11m bank loan, with breakage costs of £0.6m.
