Chief executive Tony Ward and finance director Paul Rogers will leave the mortgage firm Britannic Money when the acquisition by Paragon Group is completed later in the year.
Ward has officially left the company according to a statement from Britannic but will still assist with the completion of the handover while Rogers will leave the firm once the deal is signed and sealed.
Britannic Money operations will still be run from its Epsom base but John Heron, group director of mortgages, will be responsible for new business strategies and development at the newly-branded Mortgage Trust.
