At the end of this month, Martin Churchill is to launch the Tax Efficient Review in competition with Tax Shelter Report, where he was research director.
Aimed at intermediaries, the subscription-based publication will be launched with Credo Capital, a securities trading and asset management service provider regulated by the SFA.
The review will focus on VCTs, EISs, EZTs, film partnerships and Aim portfolio offerings.
Churchill said: 'The VCT market is now mature with more than £1.5bn invested and investors want to know how their investments have performed. To meet this need we will not only review all new offerings but, uniquely in this market, we will review all existing VCTs.'
Subscribers can access information on the website at www.taxefficientreview.com for commentary on both the interim and final accounts of all VCTs, a total of more than 140 reports per year.
Churchill is also publishing the Tax Efficient Review 'Key Facts' series of guides to tax efficient investments. The Key Facts about Venture Capital Trusts guide is available now.
Guides to EIS and film partnerships will follow in October. The first issue of Tax Efficient Review will come out towards the end of September and will cover the first VCTs of the season.
