The m2-mortgage club, headed by Mortgage 2000, snapped up two more providers this week - Yorkshire Building Society and Northern Rock. Their inclusion brings the total number of providers on the Mortgage 2000 lending panel to 26, which accounts for around three quarters of the mortgage market according to the group. Last month Nationwide and Portman BS joined the band of providers. Mortgage 2000 said one of the key advantage for advisors is being able to 'retain control with lenders, while taking advantage of the enhanced procuration fees available.' Sean Hornsby...
