The m2-mortgage club, headed by Mortgage 2000, snapped up two more providers this week - Yorkshire Building Society and Northern Rock.
Their inclusion brings the total number of providers on the Mortgage 2000 lending panel to 26, which accounts for around three quarters of the mortgage market according to the group.
Last month Nationwide and Portman BS joined the band of providers.
Mortgage 2000 said one of the key advantage for advisors is being able to 'retain control with lenders, while taking advantage of the enhanced procuration fees available.'
Sean Hornsby, director Mortgage 2000, commented: "Many of our lender partners accept electronic applications direct from the Mortgage 2000 system. Both Northern Rock and Yorkshire Building Society accept business on this basis, and accept electronic applications direct from our system."
Northern Rock is also offering £100 for all cases submitted by 1 June this year that subsequently complete.
The enhanced procuration fees for the two new additions are:
Standard Products: 0.25% (min £250)
Together, and Together Connections: 0.45% (min £225)
Standard HERM (equity release): 0.9% (min £225)
Cash Plus HERM: £300
Buy to Let: 0.45% (min £225)
