The levies advisers will be charged to fund the Financial Ombudsman Service have been cut after criticism from intermediary groups. The FSA has told advisers who control client money they must pay £40 per approved person in 2002/03, rather than the £362 proposed last year. Those that do not control client money pay £35 per person, rather than the £203.
