Paul Herrington has been made managing director of Friends Ivory & Sime's (FIS) property arm following the completion of its acquisition of Royal & SunAlliance Investments (RSA). Herrington will be responsible for developing the strategy, integrating the two businesses and directing the property investment management team for the enlarged property division, which has £4.6bn funds under management.
