Former chairman of the IFA Association, Garry Heath and Graeme Laws, former deputy managing director of National Mutual, will be touring the country for the next two weeks conducting IFA roadshows which examine FSA proposals for polarisation and impact they will have on IFA practives.
Starting in London on Tuesday 9th, Heath and Laws will be presenting two-hour workshops on behalf of Impartial Ltd - a new consultancy which looks at distribution opportunities for IFAs and the financial services sector and has Heath as its non-executive chairman - to look at the political and financial implications of CP121 on the IFA sector.
Heath will assess the political aspects of the changes while Laws will offer a detailed appraisal of CP121, in a bid to determine the options and strategies available to IFAs and their businesses, and dispel some of the misinformation created through misinterpretation of the proposals.
