Former KPMG financial services specialist James Neil is joining Insight Investment, the asset management business of HBOS, as head of performance.
Neil will report to chief operating officer Keith Lovett.
In his previous role with KPMG he advised Insight into how to comply with the new Global Investment Performance Standards, GIPS, which HBOS says it was one of the first to do.
