Tony Lanser – Head of Propositions BW International and BW Intermediaries
Tony is the owner of the client proposition and drives the commercial and change agenda across both businesses. His key responsibilities are ensuring that our client offering remains competitive now and in the future, driving the overall commercial agenda of the business aiming to maximise revenue generated from our product set and overseeing all change impacting the business.
Tony joined Barclays in 1990 and International Banking in 2004 he has had a variety of roles including front line RM in central London, Product Partner, Channel Manager of the Barclays Corporate Websites and Intranets and risk roles in both Barclays Corporate and Barclays Capital.
Tony is educated to degree level has his ACIB and is a Chartered Marketer.
