Zurich UK Life has poached Sarah Hatcher, head of marketing at AXA Wealth's Architas business, to lead its retail marketing efforts.
Hatcher will take up her role at the end of March and will report to James Hill, head of marketing at Zurich UK Life. She previously held marketing roles at Hendersons and New Star Asset Management.
Cofunds has made a number of appointments across its partnership and platform consultancy teams.
Former Axa Wealth head Liz Pemberton has joined as head of regional platform consultancy while former Architas Investment Development Director Mark Coles has been appointed head of business partnerships.
James Hay Partnership has appointed former Cofunds key account director Gary Burch as platform consultant manager.
Adam Kelly also joins from Cofunds, where he was strategic partnership manager, as a BDM.
Paul Speight is the final appointment and joins from LV=, where he was key account manager, in order to run key relationships.
All three will join at the start of March and report to director of distribution development Paul Bagley.
Tenet Group has appointed Ben Wright as head of technical services and research. Wright, who has chartered status, was previously an area premier relationship manager with HSBC.
In the new role, he has responsibility for the financial planning consultancy, technical helpdesk, research and the para-planning and referral services, with oversight on panel management.

Davy Private Clients has appointed Henry Algeo to its business advisory board. Algeo retired in 2013 as group managing director of Brewin Dolphin Holdings.
