Turbulence ahead?

Like an aeroplane coming in to a stormy airport, the housing market briefly touched down last year, before aborting the landing and heading back to the skies to try again. Many felt the market would be able to stabilise, but the latent momentum still held in the market has seen it outperform any of the forecasts made at the beginning of the year and given rise to murmuring concerns for the future.
