I want to develop the theme of which battles I believe are worth fighting and those where, at best, advisers should declare a truce. The recent news provides a juicy blog topic, namely regarding the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and its warning that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) will soon be looking at the legacy issues with self-invested personal pension (SIPP) advice.
