Openwork appoints Mercer to support upcoming DFM service

Omnis DFM service to launch in April

Openwork has appointed Mercer to support its upcoming discretionary fund manager (DFM) offering, the Omnis Managed Portfolio Service, which is set to launch on 24 April.

The investment consultant will support Openwork with asset allocation decisions for the DFM service by providing research and advice on markets, economies and investment strategies. Openwork announced the launch of its new offering, which is to be led by former Tilney Bestinvest head of investment Toni Meadows, in February. Clients will be charged an annual fee of 25 basis points. The new service will build on Openwork's existing Omnis investment proposition, which currently has £4.2bn of assets under management across 10 specialist sector funds run by Woodford Investment Management, ...
